here’s the second part of my Rimmel Apocalips swatches. This post will feature the three shades I really like. To see my general impressions you can click on this post.
Stellar is a bright reddish pink. This shade is super pigmented – you need only a little. It went on evenly.
Apocalyptic is a bright fuchsia. Another great shade with super pigmentation.
Nova is medium dark Barbie pink. I was a bit afraid that this one will look too dark for me, but it is actually perfect. Since it is lighter than the natural colour of my lips, I needed to apply is carefully. It can be slightly uneven if you use too much.
As I’ve mentioned before, the main problem with the previously swatched three shades (Luna, Shooting Star and Nude Eclipse) was that they didn’t look nice with my skin tone and some of them didn’t wear off well.
The three shades from this post perform much better – they do not flake off. They fade as the day goes, but all three stain (Stellar and Apocalyptic leave much stronger stain).
I usually get approximately 2 hours of wear if I do not eat (average).
