L’OCCITANE Almond Shower Oil Review
March 17, 2011 4 Comments
L’Occitane Almond Shower oil exists in two versions: regular 250 ml bottle (retails for $22; or 15 euros) and 75 ml travel size bottle. Since I often switch shower gels I prefer small sized bottles because I can use them up pretty quickly without hoarding tons of half-spent gels in the bathroom.
The scent of Almond Shower Oil is very sweet almond which stays on the skin for at least six hours after the showering. I like almond scent, but sometimes the scent is a bit too strong for me.
The consistency is a bit thicker than the oil normally is. Almond Shower Oil foams up very slightly – enough to clean without stripping skin of moisture. It is very mositurizing, which is very important to me because I absolutely hate body moisturizers. After washing with Almond shower oil, my skin is really soft and it doesn’t feel dried out.
